VIOLATION OF YOUR PROPERTY RIGHTS

If you believe that contents offered or made available through our services violate any of your ownership rights, you may notify us through a valid Notice of Infringement which must contain following information:

• Name, address, email and telephone number of the content owner.
• If a legally eligible third party is representing the content owner in this matter, a letter of authorization must be provided by the content owner authorizing them to do so.
• Identification of content, proof of ownership, details and degree of violation
• A declaration by you stating that the claim of property rights violation by you is genuine, true and accurate in accordance with local laws.

BEWARE CHEAP IMITATIONS

We're proud to say that we have top-notch design and our own in-house team creates groundbreaking products that are design-driven, diverse, high quality, and provide 100% satisfaction to our customers.

As you might imagine, groundbreaking new products require significant investment in R&D. Lazy copycat manufacturers and counterfeiters will always seek a quick route to market by producing cheap versions that don't meet strict safety and quality standards. Their illegal activities hurt us and other innovative companies.

PROTECTING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Please be aware of counterfeiters. They are often poorly made in unethical working conditions and may even support some pretty nasty criminals.

We are constantly fighting counterfeit products, not only to protect our work and our business, but also to ensure that you don't end up buying poor quality, unsafe products.

To protect you and our company, we will take legal action against anyone anywhere in the world who infringes on our intellectual property.
